The DIA 2021 Annual Meeting evaluation portal closes on Friday, July 23, 2021.
How do I request CE credit?
CE credit requests are processed through DIA’s My Transcript.
When will DIA’s My Transcript open?
My Transcript opens on Wednesday, July 7, 2021.
How do I access My Transcript to request CE credit or to obtain an Attendance Certificate?
To request a statement of credit, please go to www.DIAglobal.org, select “Login to My DIA” and you will be prompted for your User ID and Password. Select “My Transcript” (left side bar) and “Credit Request” for each program offering and for each day you attended the meeting.
Is there a time limit to requesting CE credit?
Yes, there is a time limit to submit Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) credit for DIA’s 2021 Annual Meeting. DIA asks for ACPE credit submissions by August 6, 2021
What is the time limit for requesting ACPE credit?
All ACPE credit requests must be submitted through DIA’s My Transcript by Friday, August 6, 2021 in order for the ACPE claimed credit to be uploaded to the CPE Monitor. If ACPE credit is requested after the time period, the credit request will not be transmitted to the CPE Monitor (per ACPE policy).
Does DIA submit pharmacists claimed credit through the CPE Monitor?
Yes, once ACPE credit is requested through DIA’s My Transcript, the ACPE credit will be automatically sent by DIA to ACPE and then on to the CPE Monitor. Please remember to have your National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) eProfile ID and DOB (DD/MM) ready when requesting ACPE credit. If you need to obtain your NABP eProfile ID, visit www.cpemonitor.net.
Can you explain the incentive prize drawings to completing the evaluations?
DIA will conduct a drawing from those who completed all program offering evaluations from each educational time frame including the Overall Evaluation, for a chance to be entered into a random drawing to win a free registration for DIA Global Annual Meeting, June 16 - 23, 2022 in Chicago, IL

Winners notified the week of August 2, 2021.
